Pasta Salad:

Ingredients:

  • Penne paste boiled 1 cup
  • Onion julienne ¼ cup
  • Tomato julienned ¼ cup
  • Capsicum julienned ¼ cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

Creamy Salad:

Ingredients:

  • Apple cubes ½ cup
  • Potato boiled cubes ½ cup
  • Carrot boiled cubes ¼ cup
  • Pineapple chunks ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice few drops

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

 

Creamy Salad:

Method:

Fresh Cut Salad:

Ingredients:

  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Tomato slices 1 cup
  • Cucumber slices 1 cup
  • Lettuce as required

 

Potato Salad :

Ingredients:

  • Potato boiled & cubes 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon juice few drops

 

Salad Bar Special:

Ingredients:

Ingredients for Spaghetti Salad:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1 cup
  • Carrot julienne ¼ cups
  • Cabbage ¼ cup
  • Boiled chicken julienne ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise ¼ cup
  • Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

 

Fresh Cut Salad:

SAUCES:
Ingredients for Raita:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Green Chutney:

  • Green chilies 3 – 4
  • Fresh coriander ¼ cup
  • Fresh mint ¼ cup
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Ingredients for Tarter Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Carrot chopped 1 tbsp
  • Cucumber chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required

 

Ingredients for Garlic Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

 

Ingredients for Salsa Sauce:

  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar 1 tsp
