Ingredients:

  • Danish pastry dough 1
  • Strawberry jam as required
  • Peach (sliced) as required
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Strawberry glaze as required

 

Method:
Cut Danish pastry dough into strips. Then brush it with egg and add strawberry jam on top. Spread it well. Now on the one part of pastry add sliced peaches and cover with another part. Roll it and place it on the muffin tray. Then leave it for 15-20 minutes. Now brush the pastry with egg and bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 35-40 minutes. Lastly decorate the peach pastry with strawberry glaze and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Salt 10 gm
  • Sugar 55 gm
  • Milk 150 liter
  • Water 150 liter
  • Yeast 8 gm
  • Butter 250 gm

 

Method:
In a bowl add sugar, milk, water and yeast. Whisk until the sugar dissolves. Then add flour and fold well. Now add salt and knead a soft dough. Then make balls out of dough and keep it for an hour in a fridge. Now spread the dough evenly and add butter. Spread it properly. Then give 3 step folding and keep it in a fridge for 30 minutes. Lastly give another 2 step folding and it is ready to use.

Ingredients:

  • Danish pastry dough 1
  • Blueberry paste or jam as required
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Apricot glaze as required
  • Icing sugar as required

 

Method:
Spread Danish pastry dough and cut into a rectangle shape. Then in the middle add blueberry paste or jam. Spread well and leave it for a while. Now cut another sheet of Danish pastry dough into a rectangle shape and place on top of the first sheet. Then leave it for about 15-20 minutes. Now brush it with egg and bake it in an oven for about 35-40 minutes. Lastly decorate with apricot glaze and sprinkle icing sugar on top. Serve.

For Cream Cheese Filling:

  • Cream cheese 150 gm
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Sugar 25 gm
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp

For The Lemon Glaze:

  • Icing sugar 60 gm
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

 

Method:
Give different shapes of Danish pastry dough. Then spread strawberry jam and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Now brush the dough with egg and bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 35-40 minutes.

For Cream Cheese Filling, In a bowl add cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and lemon zest. Mix well and do the pastry filling.

For The Lemon Glaze, In a bowl add icing sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Lastly glaze the pastry with the lemon glaze and sprinkle icing sugar on top. Serve.

  • Caster sugar as required
  • Raisins as required
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Apricot glaze as required

 

Method:
Soak raisins in the water. Then cut Danish pastry dough into strips. Apply water. Now sprinkle cinnamon powder and caster sugar. Then add soaked raisins and brush the pastry strips with egg. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Now again brush the pastry strips with egg. Bake it in an oven for about 35-40 minutes. Lastly decorate with apricot glaze and serve.
