Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leave chopped ½ cup
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 1

METHOD:
Put all the ingredients in a chopper except mozzarella, grind to a fine paste, leave it for 1 hour, take a mince ball, flatten it, stuff cheese into center, fold it into a kebab and deep fry.

  • Salt 1-½ tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp

METHOD
Give cuts on tangdi, marinate with all the given ingredients well for 2 hours, then grill it, give dum of coal.
