Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 ½ litre
  • Rice ½ cup heaped soaked for 6 hours
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Sugar if required
  • Pineapple essence ¼ tsp
  • Pineapple 1 tin medium coarsely chopped
  • Pistachios to garnish

 

METHOD:

Wash and soak rice, boil milk, add crushed rice, cook on low heat for 20 mins till rice tender and creamy, add in condensed milk and sugar if required, cook for 10 mins, remove from heat, cool slightly, add essence, fold in pineapple when kheer cools down, serve chilled, garnish with pistachio and pineapples.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless breast 500 gm cubes
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Mint leaves 10

Ingredients for Marination:

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Hung curd 4 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Grinded almonds 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Dry frenugreek crushed ¼ tsp
  • All spice ¾ tsp
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
  • Mace powder ¼ tsp
  • Butter to brush

 

METHOD:

Fry curry leaves and mint leaves each separately and crush both, marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients, also the fried curry leaves and mint leaves, leave it for few hours, put on skewers, bake in a pre-heated oven or bbq, give dum of coal, serve with any chutney.
