Ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Prawn 500 gm
  • Curry leaves 12- 15
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Food color few drops
  • Screw pine essence few drops
  • Star anise powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander 3 tbsp
  • Mint 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Tomato sliced 2-4

 

 

METHOD:

To make gravy, heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste and fry. Then add curry leaves, green chili paste and all spices and fry well. Now add prawns and add a little water. Add yoghurt, yolk color, screw pine essence, and Star anise powder and mix. In another bowl, add tomato slices, green coriander, mint and green chilies and mix. Add coriander, mint and green chilies. Then add boiled rice and mix oil and food color on top. Finally leave it on the dam for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Seekh kabab 6-8
  • Bread sliced 3- 4
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Capsicum chopped 1 medium
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Shredded cheese ½ cup
  • Water 2- 3 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Iceberg as required
  • Tomato sliced 5 – 6

 

METHOD:

First put butter in the pan and melt it. Then add onion and capsicum and saute it . Now add chaat masala, chicken powder, cheese fiber and mayonnaise and mix. Put the mixture on the iceberg lettuce and tomato slices in the middle and apply the cheese mixture again – then place the bread slices and cut the sides of the sandwich – finally cut the sandwich in the middle and serve.
