Ingredients:

  • Beef (cooked & shredded) ½ kg
  • Small tortilla bread 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) 1 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1 large
  • Capsicum (sliced) 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp

For Tomato Sauce:

  • Tomatoes 4
  • Tomato paste 5 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1 small
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry. Then add cooked beef, crushed red chilies, salt, oregano and fry for 5 minutes. Now add vegetables and fry for a minute. Remove and set aside.
For the sauce, add oil in a pan and heat then add onion and garlic and fry for a minute. Now add the remaining ingredients of the sauce to the pan along with 3 cups of water, bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove, cool and grind. Now toast tortilla and spoon beef, cheese and sauce. Roll and place them in an oven proof dish. Then spoon sauce over and sprinkle cheese on top. Now bake in oven on 200 C for 10 minutes. Remove and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Split Bengal gram (boiled) 2 cups
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Sliced green chilies 2
  • Curry leaves 15-20
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Plums 6-8
  • Sliced onion 1 large
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

 

Ingredients for Puri:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tbsp
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:
For puri, add all the ingredients to a bowl except oil and knead it with water till soft dough is ready. Cover and set aside. In pan heat oil, add onion and fry till golden brown. Then add ginger, plums, tomatoes, chili powder, nigella seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, cumin seeds and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Now add split Bengal gram, salt and 5 cups of water, bring it boil and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Then add coriander and green chilies, mix and set aside. For puri frying heat oil and make small ball of dough then flatten to a round disc and deep fry in oil till golden brown and serve with daal.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 200 grams
  • Sugar 100 grams
  • Brown sugar 100 grams
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Peanut 100 grams
  • Flour 300 grams
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Roasted crushed peanuts 100 grams

Method:
In a bowl butter and brown sugar mix and make cream then mix egg and beat and then add vanilla essence mix .then in a bowl flour ,pea nut butter ,roasted crushed peanut ,salt ,baking powder and baking soda mix then butter mixture mix and make small cookies .after this bake in preheated oven at 160 c for 15 minutes then serve
