Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup

 

Method:

Boil together mutton, water, turmeric and salt till tender and 1 cup stock is left. Heat oil, add whole red chilies, mustard seeds, cloves, cumin seeds, onion seeds, fry for 1 min, add boiled meat with chili powder, ginger garlic paste and jiggery, fry well, add stock, lemon juice, cook for 5mins, add yogurt, fry very well till oil comes on top. Serve with nan.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour ¾ cup
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp leveled
  • Salt pinch
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Walnuts ½ cup chopped

Ingredients for filling:

  • Cream cheese 8 ounces
  • Chocolate chips ½ cup
  • Mix fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Icing sugar 4 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 1cup

 

Method:

Cool brownie in a bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth fold in whipped cream, spread over brownie crust, top with fruit cocktail, chocolate chips, refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.

Method:

In a sauce pan cook together butter, coco powder and sugar on very low flame for 1 min, beat in egg at a time, fold in walnuts, vanilla essence, sieved mixture of flour, salt and baking powder, mix well, spread in a greased 10-12 inch pizza plate, bake on 180 d for 20 mins, cool on wire rack.

Ingredients to marinate fish:

  • Fish fingers ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1tsp
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Fresh ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1tsp
  • Chili sauce 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Garlic sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Thick curd ¼ cup
  • Thick fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp fresh

 

Other ingredients:

  • Flour half cup
  • Lemon juice Two tbsp
  • Egg beaten as required
  • Bread crumbs as required

 

Method for sauce :
Mix well and ready to serve

Method:
Marinate fish fingers½ kg with ginger garlic paste one tsp and all remaining marination ingredients Mix gently and keep aside for for some time now coat the fish in flour then in beaten egg roll in bread crumbs and deep fry , lastly serve with sauce .

Ingredients:

  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Mango cubes 1 ½ cup
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Mango essence few drops

 

Method:

Blend all ingredients together till thick and creamy, pour into dessert cups, decorate with extra chopped mangoes, serve chilled.
