Ingredients:

  • Mutton 750 grams
  • Onion 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms 8
  • Black cardamoms 1
  • Black pepper 10
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Star anise 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Button red chilies 4-5
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Almonds 50 grams
  • Cashew nuts 50 grams
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1-1/2 cups

For Temper:

  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Button red chilies 4-5

 

Method:
Take a pan and add whole spices and fry until fragrant. Now add boiled mutton and fry it until it changes its color. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it for another minute. Now add boiled and blended onions and cooked it for few minutes. Now add salt and white pepper and curd and cook until oil separates. Now In a blender add cream cashew nuts and almonds and make a paste and set aside. Now add button red chilies to the chicken and mix and add cream mixture and mix well. In last heat oil add button red chilies and give temper to your chicken. Mutton white Qorma is ready serves it with naan

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 600 gram
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Garlic 10-12 cloves
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 5
  • Cream 1/2 packet
  • Cilantro for garnish

 

Method:
First take blender and add Onion, Tomatoes and garlic and blend with little water to make a fine paste. Now in a wok add oil and blended paste and cook until the paste is cooked well and uneven smell of onion has vanish. Now add salt red chili and Coriander powder and cook for more 2 3 minutes on medium low flame until oil separates. Now add boneless chicken with half cup of water and cook until chicken is done. Now add black pepper and green chilies and keep cooking for 4 5 minutes. Now add cream and lid it for 1to 2 minutes and served with naan.

Ingredients:

  • Mango purees 4 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 1/2 cup
  • Chilled milk 1 cup
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Mango cubes for garnish
  • Sugar as requried

 

Method:
Mix the mango puree with whipped cream and set aside. Take a serving glass. Add ice cubes and milk. Now pour mango and cream mixture on top and serve with mango cubes.

Ingredients:

  • Bananas, sliced 4- 5
  • Vanilla wafers 11-ounce
  • Heavy cream 3 cups
  • Vanilla-pudding mix 1 packet
  • Sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
  • Luke warm water 1- ½ cups

Method:
First take the water and add condense milk and mix well.Then add pudding mix and mix until the pudding particles dissolves. Then put it in refrigerator until pudding comes out thickens. Then in a stand mixer and whipping cream and whip it until stiff peaks Forms. Then add settled pudding and mix until the mixture smoothest.

Assembling:
Add pudding mixture in a base of bowl then add wafers cut banana and repeat the process 2 3 time and let the pudding chilled for 3 4 hours. Top with caramel sauce and Served chill

Ingredients:

  • Hoagie roll 3- 4
  • Cooked chicken as required
  • Onion sliced 1 cup
  • Tomato sliced 2-3
  • Cucumber sliced 2-3
  • Jalapenos as required
  • Ice berg lettuce as required

For Sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

For sauce:
Mix all the ingredients and set aside.

For burgers:
Take a hoagie rolls and cut from center spread sauce on bottom and set lettuce or ice berg then add cooked chicken of your choice and then add vegetable and jalapenos in last add sauce on top and cover with the other side of hoagie roll and serve.
(You can also and cheese of your choice)
