Ingredients for Citrus Glazed:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 medium
  • Orange marmalade ½ cup
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Pitted black olives 6
  • Parsley ¼ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Cherry tomatoes 5-6

Ingredients for Fish:

  • Fish fillet ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Orange slices 1 small

Method:
Heat oil and saute onion in it. Then add garlic, tomatoes and cook. Add orange marmalade, olives and cook till sauce gets thick. Then add salt and black pepper.
Marinate fish with salt, black pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Now dust with flour and roast in pan. Serve with citrus glaze and orange slices.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Potatoes 6 large
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

For Filling:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Sliced onions 2 medium
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Beef broth 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Cheese 1 cup

 

Method:
Prick potatoes with fork then apply oil, salt and black pepper and roast them in oven till it gets soft. Heat butter then saute onion and garlic in it then add soy sauce. Now mix corn flour in beef broth and add it to the onion mixture. Add salt, black pepper and thyme. Now cut potatoes from center and add sauce then add cheese from top then bake in oven till golden and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Boiling water 2 cups
  • Teabag 1
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Lemon wedges 5-6
  • Mint leaves ½ cup

 

Method:
Add teabag, mint leaves and lemon in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then strains add honey and serve.
