Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 3 flattened & cubed
  • Salt ½ tsp heaped
  • Black pepper ½ tsp heaped
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Dry flour to coat
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup heaped
  • Sesame seeds 2 – 3 tbsp

For honey mustard sauce:

  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste ¼ tsp

 

Method for sauce:

Mix altogether with a whisk.

Method:

Mix sesame seeds with bread crumbs and keep aside. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and oil for an hour. Now coat it with dry flour, dip in beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds, deep fry the chicken on medium flame, serve with honey mustard sauce and french fries.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 1 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
    Ginger garlic 2 tbsp heaped
  • Haleem masala 5 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Tomatoes blended 4
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Wheat blended ½ kg
  • Split Bengal gram (chana daal) 250 gm

Ingredients for temper:

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Ginger sliced 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4

 

Method for haleem:
soaked Wheat ½ kg overnight, boil next morning in 12 cups water till tender and blend Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add 1 bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, haleem masala, salt, blended tomatoes, yogurt and brown onion, fry well, add beef with 8 cups water, cover and cook till beef tender, blend beef to shred well, mix in it grinded wheat, grinded chanay ki daal, mix all well, cook for 20 mins adding little little water. Lastly give baghaar and serve with nan.

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Oil ½ cup
  • cumin roasted / crushed 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Parathas to serve

For tempering:

  • Curry leaves 20
  • Whole red chilies 6

 

Method:

In a pan cook mince with salt, ginger garlic and tomato puree, till dry. Heat oil, add whole red chilies, curry leaves, when brown add all the rest with chopped onion, when transparent add mince, fry well and remove. Serve with parathas
