Ingredients:

  • Potatoes mashed 2 cups
  • Fish mashed/boil 1 ½ cup
  • Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

Combine potatoes, boiled fish, spring onion, egg yolk, curry powder, salt, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, mix all well, shape into balls, put flour in a bowl, beat eggs into another bowl, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds in a separate bowl, roll each ball in flour, then egg, then in bread crumb mixture, deep fry until golden, serve with ketchup.

Ingredients:

  • Mixed vegetables chopped 2 cups
  • Mushroom can ½ cup
  • Spring onion chopped 2
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted & grinded 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Cloves grinded ½ tsp
  • Almonds grinded 3 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Method:

Roast and grind together almonds, cloves, black pepper and cumin seeds. Heat oil, fry onion till light golden, add blanched vegetables, mushrooms. In another pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste with all the spices, tamarind pulp, tomato puree, add 1 cup water, when boiling thicken with corn flour paste, add the veggies, mushrooms, Yogurt ,cook until the gravy thick, serve garnished with fresh coriander leaves, serve with boiled rice.

Ingredients:

  • Mango puree 1 ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 4 tbsp

 

Method:

Beat yogurt, mix with mango puree, caster sugar, fold in whipped cream, put in piping bag, pipe in short glasses, serve chilled.
