Ingredients for Pulao:

  • Rice (soaked) 2 cups
  • Fish 500 gm
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger paste 1tsp
  • Garlic paste 1tsp
  • All spice 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Chopped coriander ¼ cups
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Fried onions ¼ cup
  • Oil ½ cup


Heat oil adds all spice and let it splutter. Then add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and cook. Now add fish and cook till fish get tender. When fish gets almost dry then remove fish. Add water in masala for rice and cook rice in it. Add green chilies, fish and let it simmer. Add chopped coriander and serve.


  • Grated carrots ½ kg
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Boiled egg white 2
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Cardamom 1-2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Whole dried milk ½ cup
  • Nuts as required


Boil carrots in milk on high flame. Heat clarified butter add cardamoms, then add carrots and cook on high flame. Add sugar and cook till clarified butter gets separate. In last add whole dried milk, eggs, nuts and serve.


  • Basil leaves 4-5
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Green tea 1 tsp


Cook basil leaves and green tea in water then add honey and serve.
