Ingredients

  • Beef (under cut) 1 kg
  • Vinegar ½ kg
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Button Red Chilies 10
  • Fennel Seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 2 pieces
  • Onions 250 gms
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp

Methods

  1.  Marinat beef with vinegar take it inside over night.
  2. In a pan, heat oil add onions.
  3.  When they color changes add beef pieces, vinegar cook on high flame.
  4. After this, add tomatoes cut in slices.
  5. Then add button red chilies, crushed fennel seeds, turmeric powder
  6. Add  salt, crushed cumin seeds, cinnamon, garam masala powder and cover it for half an hour.
  7. When beef are tenders and cook on high flame.
  8. When water dries, garnish with coriander leaves, finely chopped ginger and serve.
