Ingredients:.

  • Mutton with bones 550 gm (boiled)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato skinless 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Red pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 3/4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 3/4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Oil 1/8 cup

Method:

1) Dry roast the pepper corns and coriander
2) Crush them in the grinder not fine powder
3) In a pan add meat ,ginger garlic paste ,red pepper, green chilies cut in long slices, cumin seeds, salt and tomatoes
4) Now add 1 ½ cup of water and cook it with lid on until meat is tender.
5) When mutton is cooked dry the water then heat the oil and brown the meat.
6) Add more oil if you want
7) Now add roasted crushed spices which we made earlier sprinkle on top and squeeze lemon juice.
8) After sprinkle the dry spices turn off the heat.
9) Serve warm with yogurt and enjoy.

Tips:
If you making more quantity of the meat on Tawa then make it in badges so it cooks equally from all sides.

Ingredients:

  • Grated Carrots 2 cups
  • Clarified butter 5 tbsp
  • Milk powder ½ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Pistachios 8 sliced
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Whole dried milk as required

Method:
Heat butter in non stick pan add butter when butter melts add 1 cup of milk ,add cardamom powder .now add milk powder little by little and mix well , stir the mixture well and cook until it gets thicker and smooth in consistency , there should be no lumps in the mixture .
Add sugar and mix it well, cook until sugar melts.
Now switch off the flame and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in another nonstick deep kerai, add grated carrots.
Cook all the till all the water dries up on a low flame cook about 5 to 8 minutes.
Now add cooled milk powder and sugar mixture. Mix well and sprinkle grated pistachio, khoya and almonds on top serve.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 2
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Carrots finely chopped 2
  • Parsley chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Chicken balls half packet

Method:
Boil the pasta as the instructions given in the packet.
Take a large skillet add oil fry the chicken balls add garlic add vegetables and seasonings, add the pasta mix well serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • Onion powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

 

Method:

Take a cup of yogurt and whisk it.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme to the yogurt.
Then add salt to taste along with a pinch of pepper. Add olive oil and lime juice. Whisk all the ingredients together until they become creamy.
Enjoy this creamy healthy yogurt dip!

NOTES:
Storing: You can make this ahead and refrigerator for 3-4 days. Do not freeze.
Using this dip: Dip in fresh veggies such as carrots, cucumbers and celery. If you love making salads, just drizzle this dip as a dressing. Top it on shwarma or kebabs. Or top it over grilled veggie.
