- Beef boti under cut ½ kg
- Meat tenderizer 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tikka boti masala 1 packet
- Oil as required
- Tamarind paste as required
In a bowl add beef boti ,meat tenderizer, Ginger garlic paste, Tikka boti masala mix and leave for few minutes .finally sewing in skewer and apply some oil then do the barbecue then serve with tamarind sauce .
- Milk 1K grams
- Vermicelli 80 grams
- Cardamom 4-5
- Desi Ghee 4 tbsp.
- Almond 2 tbsp
- Pistachio 2 tbsp
- Dry Dates 2tbsp
- Dry Coconut ½ cup crushed
- Sugar 1 cup
- Whole dried milk ½ cup
Place a pan on the stove and put Ghee, Cardamom, Vermicelli, Almond, Pistachio, Dry Dates and Dry Coconut in it. Cook on low flame for few seconds. Then pour boiled Milk in it. Add sugar and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. At last, garnish it with some khoya.
