Ingredients For Marination

  • Fish fillet 2
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Mustard 1 tbsp

For Frying and Baking

  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Chips as required
  • Parmesan cheese as required
  • Oregano 1tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Oil for frying

For Red Sauce

  • Carrot 1
  • Tomatoes 2 to 4
  • Tomato puree 1 -2tbsp
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs as required

For the fish marination, combines all the ingredients with fish and keep it airtight in fridge or cold place for an hour or so.

For the sauce, heat oil and sauté garlic and onion.
Add tomato puree, blanched carrots, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for a minute or two.
Then blend everything well together.
Now transfer to a pan and cook it well.
Add tomato paste and mixed herbs.
Give for another 2 minutes.
Now take out the fish.
Dredge it into flour then egg wash.
Then mix in chips with parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano and crushed chilies. Now coat the fish equally.
Heat oil in a pan, cook the fish from both sides to give it a nice crispy golden color. Take it out spread sauce on top add mozzarella bake it on 280 *c for 5 to 10 min.
Your fish parmesan is ready.

Ingredients For White Pasta Sauce:

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Plain flour 3 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Mixed herbs ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese as required
  • Cream ½ packet
  • Mixed herbs as required

For Boiling Pasta:

  • Water 6 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pasta 2 cups

Firstly, in a large pan boil 6 cups water and salt.
Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 cups of pasta.
Boil for 7 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente.
Drain off the pasta and keep aside.
To prepare white sauce for pasta, heat 2 tbsp butter.
Add 3 tbsp flour and sauté on low flame.
Now add 1 cup milk and mix well.
Mix until the sauce thickens without forming any lumps.
Further, add 1 more cup of milk and continue to stir continuously.
Mix continuously, until the sauce thickens.
Cook until the sauce turns silk smooth and creamy texture.
Now add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp salt. Mix well.
Add cheddar cheese, cream and mixed herbs. Mix well.
Lastly add the boiled pasta, fold well and serve hot.
