Ingredients:
- White flour ½ kg
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Oil (for frying) as required
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Green cardamoms ½ tsp
- Saffron ½ tsp
Method:
In the milk add saffron, green cardamoms and sugar. Cook well. Then allow it cool. Now in a bowl add white flour, clarified butter and salt. Then add milk mixture in it and knead the dough properly. Now make puris out of this dough. Heat oil and fry the puris until golden brown. Serve.
Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Onions (chopped) 2
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green cardamoms 4-6
- Green chilies as required
- Fresh coriander as required
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Marinate mutton with red chili powder, salt, turmeric power and yogurt. Then heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the chopped onions. Now add ginger garlic, cumin seeds, green cardamoms, tomatoes and marinated mutton. Cook well. Then add 2 cups of water and cook on a low heat until the mutton is cook properly. Lastly add green chilies, fresh coriander and all spice powder. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple 1 tin
- Biscuits 2 packets
- Butter 50 gm
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Jelly 1 packet
- Milk ½ liter
- Custard powder 2 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Cherries as required
Method:
Boil the milk. Then add sugar and cook until the mixture gets to boil. Now dissolve custard powder and add to the milk mixture. Mix well and allow it to cool. Then add butter in the biscuits and crumble it properly. Now in the serving dish add the crumble biscuits and spread evenly. Then add half quantity of custard powder and add whipped cream on top. Now add half of pineapple tin and the remaining custard powder. Lastly add pineapple, jelly and cherries on top. Serve.
