Delhi ki Zafrani biryani: (yahkni)

Bakrae ka gosht: half kg
Sabut dhaniya: 2 tablespoons
Piyaaz sabut: 1 adad
Garlic: 1 sabut
Ginger: 1 sabut
Salt: to taste

Delhi ki Zafrani Biryani ingredients:

Rice: half kilo seela
Meat: half kilo red meat
Ghee/oil: 1 cup
Onions to fry: 2 adad
Lehsan pisawa: 2 tablespoon
Adrak kattiwi: 2 tablespoon
Choti elaichi: 6 adad
Garm masala sabut: 1 tablespoon
Sabut taiz paat ke patae: 3 adad
Zardae ka rang: half teaspoon
Milk : half cup
Zafraan: 1 chutki
Kewra: 1 tablespoon

Tarkeeb:
Aik pateeli mei onions brown karien is mei 1 tablespoon lehsan , sabut garm masala, choti elaichi, 4 adad taiz pat ke patae daal ke khoob bhoonae saath hi kati adrak 1 inch ka tukra slice kerke daal lien. Fir ismei yahkni daal dien jab thora bhoon jain tow seela chawal daal ke thora pani daal ker dum dien. Aker mei zardae ka rang zafran 4 tablespoon milk mei daal ker rice ke upar daal dien saath hi 2 tablespoon kewra bhi. Lazeez biryani tayaar hai.
