Ingredients:

  • Whipping cream ½ packet
  • Black biscuits crushed 3 cups
  • Cocoa powder 1 cup
  • Chocolate essence 2 drops
  • Chocolate cupcakes crushed 4
  • Icing sugar 5 tbsp
  • Condensed milk half tin
  • Cream cheese 5 tbsp
  • Cherries 5

 

Method:

First take a bowl and add whipping cream, cocoa powder, chocolate essence in it and beat it until it gets fluffy. Add condensed milk, icing sugar in it and beat it with a slow speed, then add crushed black biscuits & chocolate cupcakes crushed in it, fold it with spatula slowly. Then take a flattened serving dish, first make a layer of black biscuit in it the add mixture of whipping cream in the upper layer. Decorate it with black biscuits, icing and cherries. Chilled it & enjoy it after 04 hours freezing.

Ingredients:

  • Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
  • Milk 2 glasses
  • Sugar as required
  • Yogurt 1tbsp
  • Cream 1tbsp
  • Coconut milk powder 1tbsp
  • Ice cubes as required

 

 

Method:

Grind them all n serve chilled.

Ingredients for red sauce:

  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic crushed ½ tsp
  • Rosemary ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Chicken powder 1tsp
  • Hot sauce 1tsp
  • Soya sauce 1tsp
  • Hp sauce 1tsp
  • Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Noodles ingredients
  • Meatballs ½ packet
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Noodles 1packet
  • Black pepper pinch
  • Salt pinch
  • Green coriander leaves 1 stick
  • Olives as required
  • Cream 2tbsp

Method :
Take a pan add oil and ginger garlic crushed, add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, soya sauce, chicken powder, red chill powder, red chili flakes, hp sauce, black pepper, add water cook them all until all spices cooked and sauce becomes thick, at the last add rosemary & oregano mix it. Sauce is ready.
Take the another pan add 01 tea spoon of oil, add green coriander leaves, oregano, pinch of salt, black pepper & mix them all.
Now take a bowl add 01 layer of noodles then red sauce & meat balls, then same repeat the layers in the end add cream at the top olives and served it.

  • Onions 5
  • Salt as required
  • Rice 3cups
  • Water 5cups
  • Tomatoes 6
  • biryani masala 1 packet
  • Potatoes mashed 1 bowl
  • Peas 1 bowl
  • Capsicum 1 bowl
  • Carrot 1 bowl
  • Corns 1 bowl
  • Mushrooms ½ bowl
  • Yogurt 1 bowl
  • Whole spice 1tbsp
  • chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Food color 2 pinch
  • Tomato for layering 1
  • Lemon for layering 2
  • Green chilies 5

Other ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Ginger powder 1tbsp
  • Whole spice 1tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Egg 1

Method :

Motiya preparation:
In chicken mince add all the dry ingredients, bread slice and chopped them, adter chopping make small balls of it. Coat them in egg and deep fry it.

Vege biryani preparation:
Take a pan add oil & onions until golden brown, add tomatoes, biryani masala nd all the veges in it excpet capsicum, after the veges got soft add capsicum, add garam masala, green chillies add chaat masala, yogurt in it and cook it in high flame until all the spices change its color and oils come up. Add fied meat balls in it, add little water and cover the lid, let it cook. On the other side boil the rice, add vinegar & salth in boiling water of rice.When rice get boiled & masala get cooked, layer the biryani add lemon round cutting, green chillies, round cutting tomato and keep motiya (meat balls) in the upper layer. Biryani is ready to serve.

Red raita preparation:
Yogurt, 03 red whole chillies crushed, salt as per taste, half tea spoon red chilli, ginger garlic paste, grind them all and serve with pulao.
