Ingredients:

  • Bengal Gram (boiled) ½ kg
  • Bottle gourd ½ kg
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Tomatoes 250 grams
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 1 piece
  • Onion 1
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
  • Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
  • Fennel Seeds ½ tsp
  • Garlic Cloves 4
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Red Chili (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
Boil lentil with turmeric till it tenders. Removes from the stove, now heat oil add onion and fry. Add bottle gourd, green chilies, tomatoes, mustard seeds, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seed, and red chili, Chicken cube, salt and fry well. When bottle gourd is tender, add boil Bengal gram and mix. For tempering, heat butter adds garlic and fry. Add cumin seeds and give tempering on daal.

Ingredients:

  • Mince (beef) ½ kg
  • Bread (Slices) 6-7
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (crushed) 5
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Spring Onions 5-6
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs as required
  • Eggs 2-3
  • All spice Powder 1 tsp

Method:
In a pan, add beef, salt, ginger garlic paste and boil.
Now add green chilies, black pepper, red chili powder, spring onion, coriander leaves, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, bread slices, garam masala powder and mix well.
Now make shape of kabab, dip in eggs. Then coat in bread crumbs and fry in heat oil. In the end, serve with sauce or dip.

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Macaroni (boiled) ½ packet
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients of White Sauce:

  • Butter 50 gm
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Plain flour 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1cup
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Corns 1 cup

 

Method:
In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry beef mince .When fry well, add black pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, chili sauce, boiled Macaroni and removes from the stove.

For White Sauce:
In a pan, heat butter add plain flour and fry.
When aroma comes, add milk, black pepper, salt, green peas, corns and Cheddar Cheese.Now take it out in a dish, pour white sauce and serve.
Chicken Pasta with cheesy White Sauce is ready.
