Ingredients

  • Gram flour 1½ cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds  ½ tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ingredients for Garlic Chatni
  • Garlic 1 pod
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
 

Methods

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, knead into a medium dough
  2. Make roties and drizzle with ghee on top.
  3. Serve with garlic chatni.

  5. Grind garlic, mix in all the ingredients and serve.
