  • Chapli kabab chicken 2 -3
  • Pita bread 2
  • White dressing 2 tbsp
  • Red dressing 2 tbsp
  • Pickled as required

Ingredients for White Dressing:

  • Egg 1
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Water 4- 5 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt, black pepper for seasoning

Ingredients for Red Dressing:

  • Chili flakes 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 5 tbsp
  • Water 5 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt, black pepper for seasoning

Ingredients for pickled :

  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Green chilies 2- 3
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method for White Dressing:
• put all ingredients into blender
• And blend it until it comes to pasty white texture

Method for Red Dressing:
Put all ingredients into blender and make a thick paste

Method for pickled:
Cut all veggies julienne
In a bowl pour water, vinegar and add sugar
Soak all veggies and set them over night in fridge
Shawarma Assembling
• Grill pita bread ,both sides
• pour white shawrma dressing on pita bread
• put Chapli kabab and pickle
• pour red shawrma dressing and serve


  • Beef steak 2
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 4cloves
  • Salt, Black pepper for seasoning
  • Rosemary 1 – 2

For Mushroom Sauce:

  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 2cloves
  • Cream 1cup
  • Milk as required
  • Salt, Black pepper for seasoning
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Sautéed Vegetables:

  • Carrot as required
  • Potatoes as required
  • Cauliflower as required
  • Zucchini as required
  • Broccoli as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Butter as required


For steak:
Melt butter, add garlic season with salt, pepper and rosemary marinate for 1 hour. Grill steak each side for 3 to 4 minute
Melt butter in a pan then fry mushrooms until they are golden brown
Add chopped garlic, milk and pour cream into the pan mix well. Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice
Heat oil in pan adds vegetables with salt, pepper and oregano sauté well. Serve steak with vegetables and sauce.


  • Milk chocolate cake mix 1 packet
  • Water or milk 1-1/3 cup
  • Butter 1/3 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil as required

Beat cake mix, water, oil & eggs 1 at a time in large bowl. Increase speed to medium and beat further 2 minute. Pre heat oven to 180C. Grease pan and pour the butter. Bake for 25 minute to 35 minute. Remove and cool for 10 minute.


  • Beef ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 3 -4
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Coriander chopped for garnish
  • Green chili julienned for garnish
  • Ginger julienned for garnish


Heat clarified butter in wok add beef, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes cook for 3 to 4 minute. Add all dry spices one by one
Add all spice, cover the pan and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves, ginger and green chilies
Serve with naan.
