Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1
- Salt as required
- Red pepper 1tbsp
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
- Cumin 1tbsp
- Mustard seeds roasted/ground 1tsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Yogurt 1cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Green chilies paste 2tbsp
- Tandoori masala 2tbsp
- Cumin ground 1tsp
- Cream to garnish
- Coal 1
- Oil as required
Ingredients:
- White beans 1cup
- Kidney beans 1cup
- Corn boiled 1cup
- Lettuce 1cup
- Onion chopped 1
- Garlic paste 1tsp
- Cucumber chopped 1cup
- Tomatoes chopped 1
- Coriander chopped 1bunch
Ingredients for dressing:
- Olive oil 4tbsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Salt as required
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Chaat masala 1tsp
- Ketchup 4tbsp
- Chili sauce 2tbsp
- Mustard paste 1tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add all the salad ingredients now mix with dressing and serve .
Egg malai handi:
Ingredients:
- Egg boiled 4-6
- Onion 1
- Green chilies chopped 2-4
- Cumin ground 1tsp
- Whole spice 1tsp
- Paprika powder 1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt as required
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Dried fenugreek 1tsp
- Yogurt/milk 1cup
- Butter 4tbsp
- Cream 1cup
- Coriander to garnish
- Green chilies to garnish
- Oil as required
Malai khaja:
Ingredients:
- Flour ½ kg
- Clarified butter ½ kg
- Baking powder 1tbsp
- Water as required
- Corn flour 2tbsp
- Sugar ½ kg
- Cardamom small 8-10
- Dried whole milk 250gm
- Coconut powder 250gm
- Almonds 8-10
- Pistachio 8-10
- Food color green 1tsp
- Food color red 1tsp
- Nutmeg /mace ground pinch
- Screw pine essence 1tsp
