Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts with bone 2
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Finely chopped parsley 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Thyme leaves ½ tsp
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 mins. Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and pan fry chicken fry for 5 mins, add ¼ cup water, cover and cook till chicken done, add in the veggies, cook for just 5 mins, serve on a hot sizzler with rice mould.
Ingredients:
- Tikka boti 1 packet
- Egg noodles boiled ½ packet
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Tomatoes chopperized 3
- Capsicum sliced 1
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Green olives chopped ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Boil chicken and cut into cubes, save 2 cups stock, boil the noodles, keep aside. Heat oil, add chopped onion, capsicum, fry for 2 mins, add tomatoes, tandoori masala, cook for 5 mins, fold in boiled noodles, chicken, corn, olives, salt, pepper, mustard, mix well, pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake for 20 mins on 180 d, serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 (8 pcs with skin)
- green chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Ginger 2 inch piece
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Egg 1
Ingredients for batter:
- Flour ½ cup heaped
- Gram flour 3 tbsp
- Egg 1 – 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Blend together salt, yogurt, ginger garlic and green chili garlic sauce, marinate chicken with this paste and 1 egg, leave to marinate for 4 hours, steam chicken for 30 mins, cool, dip in prepared batter and deep fry.
Method for batter:
Mix altogether in a bowl, dip chicken in batter, deep fry and serve with chatni & fries.
