Chicken (Without Bones)                        1 kg
Yogurt                                     250 grams
Rice                                         50 grams
Moong  Daal                                50 grams
Split Orange Gram                             50 grams
Split White Lentil                            50 grams
Bengal Gram                                 50 grams
Wheat                                     50 grams
Oat                                         25 grams
Onion                                     2
Garlic Paste                                 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste                                 2 tbsp
Red Chili                                     2 tbsp
All Spice Powder                             1 tbsp
Coriander Powder                             1 tbsp
Roasted &Crushed White Seeds                 1 tsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder                     ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder                               ½ tsp
Coriander                                 ½ bunch
Mint Leaves                                 ½ bunch
Lemon                                     as required
Finely Chopped Ginger                         as required
Green Chilies                                 8-10
Oil                                         1 cup
Salt                                         to taste
Fried Onion                                 for garnish

Take 50 grams of moong daal, 50 grams of split orange gram, 50 grams of Bengal gram, 50 grams split whit gram. 50 grams of wheat and 25 grams oat soaked it over night and then boil it. Now take 1 kg of boneless chicken cut into cubes. For qorma: Take a cooking pan add 1 oil , heat the oil add 2 onion slices when its slightly brown then add chicken cubes, 2 tbsp of ginger  paste , 2 tbsp of garlic paste mix it well. Now add 1 tbsp of all spice powder, 1 tsp of roasted &crushed white cumin seeds , 1 tbsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of nutmeg and mace, 2 tbsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, add to taste salt mix it well add 8-10 green chilies , 250 grams of yogurt mix it well when all the ingredients are mixed and roasted. Now qorma is ready. For Lentils: Take a cooking pan add water now add all the lentils , 50 grams of soaked rice cook until its done. For Mixing: take a chopper add all the lentil mixture, qorma and chop it. Take a big cooking pan and keep stirring continuously. Then take it out in a serving and garnish with 1 fried onion, finely chopped ginger, ½ bunch of coriander , ½ bunch mint leaves, chaat masla  and lemon and serve it. Delicious haleem is ready.
