Ingredients :

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Chew nuts 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Green chilli 3 – 4
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Cheese slice 3 – 4

 

Method :

Marinate the chicken with all dry spices. Now add oil in a pan and soft the onion in it. Add marinated chicken and mix in the onion and add half cup water for cooking when chicken is cooked sprinkle fenugreek leaves and green chilies and add cream in last place the slice cheese add the time of serving on chicken.

Ingredients for Potato:

  • Boiled and mash potatoes 500 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

For corns :

  • Corns ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Flour 2tbsp
  • Water 2 cup
  • Chicken cubes 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

For assembling:

  • Chicken nuggets 1/2 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp

 

Method:
Take a pan and boil potato by adding salt in it,
Drain water and mash potato add butter, black paper in cream mash potato mix well,
Take another pan to fry corn after frying lightly takes out in a bowl.
To prepare sauce add butter and flour in a pan and cook on low flame.
Take a jug and add two cup water add chicken cubes, soya sauce, black paper and mix well add the stock gradually in flour better until thickness turn off the flame once better is thick.
Fry chicken nuggets in a separate pan and cut it.
To assemble take a bowl and mash potato mixture then add chicken nuggets add fried corn then on top add gravy,
Add cheese at the end and served.

Ingredients:

  • Water 1cup
  • Vegetable oil or butter 1/3 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Coconut Cake mix as required
  • White flour as required

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now grease the baking pan and sprinkle with flour. Then add coconut cake mix, water, vegetable oil or butter and eggs to the pot and spread it over the electric pan at medium speed. Then put the batter in the baking pan and bake and serve.

Ingredients for Marinate:

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

For Tahini Sauce:

  • Tahini paste 4 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

For salad:

  • Cucumber ½ cup
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Carrot ½ cup
  • Capsicum ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

For rice:

  • Rice ½ kg
  • Onion sliced ½ cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Chicken stock 4 cup
  • Salt as per taste

 

Method:

In a bowl add chicken and all dry ingredients .marinate it for at least 10 to 20 mint.
In a bowl add tahini paste cream, mayonnaise, salt, black paper, lemon juice and salt
Mix all ingredients well and sauce is ready.
In a bowl add mayonnaise cream, salt, and pepper mix well. Add in to all vegetable mix together vegetable salad is ready.

In a pan add oil fry chicken until tender.
In a bowl add rice, water and soak for 15 minutes.
Heat a oil in a pan add onion and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes or until light brown. Then add salt , red chili powder ,black paper powder and cook for a minutes ,now add chicken stock soak rice and let it cook until water dry out.90% . When bubbles starts appearing cover and simmer on low flame ,for 10 minutes .yor rice is ready.
Take a platter add rice, chicken strips ,salad ,and dazzle sauce on top.
Your tasty shawarma platter is ready.
