This chicken lasagna recipe is the ultimate comfort food. Tender chicken cubes layered with cheese, tomato sauce, cream and lasagna sheets. Serve it with garlic bread for a complete comfort meal!
- Chicken cubes ½ kg
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lasagna strips 1 packet
- Boiled and blended tomatoes 3
- Ginger garlic paste 1½ tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Butter ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1½ tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Crushed Red chili 1 tsp
- Fenugreek powder ¼ tsp
- Cream 200 gram
- Mozzarella cheese ¾ cup
- Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
- Oil for greasing
- Water 2 tbsp
- Boil the lasagna strips in salt water.
- After boiling apply oil on them.
- In a pan heat and oil and butter also fry onions till their brown.
- Then add boiled tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, red chili powder, salt and turmeric. Fry all these ingredients well.
- Then add chicken and yogurt to the wok.
- Then add onions and fenugreek powder and when the chicken tenders.
- Mix in cream.
- Then grease the bowl with oil and set lasagna sheet in it.
- Then add cheese and butter chicken mixture.
- Then spread cheese all over it.
- Make all the layers like this and lastly layer it with lasagna sheets.
- Cover it cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle crushed red chili.
- Lastly bake at 180°C for 5-10 minutes until cheese turns brown.
