Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless fillet 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Almond powder 2-3 tbsp
  • Cream 2-3 tbsp

METHOD:
In mixing bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, green chili paste and all spices mix well leave for 4 to 5 hour. Heat oil in wok add marinated chicken cook well. Add little amount of water leave for simmer for 8-10 minute. Add cream cook till oil is separate. Add ground almond and serve.

Ingredients for filling:

  • White radish grated 1 cup
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 large
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1- 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp

Ingredients for dough:

  • Wheat 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Clarified butter for frying

Method:
For filling heat oil sauté onion. Add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add all spices cook for 1 minute. Add radish, green coriander and green chilies cook for 2 to 3 minute. Add lemon juice mix well. Remove filling in plate and let it cool. In mixing bowl add wheat, slat, oil and water mix well and knead the dough. Leave wheat for 15 minute. Make balls and roll like tortilla. Spread filling on tortilla and keep second tortilla. Seal tortilla from edges and toast from both sides.

Ingredients:

  • White radish grated 1 kg
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Whole dried milk 4- 5 tbsp
  • Almonds 6 -8

Method:
Add radish, sugar and milk in pan leave for 25 to 30 minute. Cook on high flame till water is dries out. Add cardamom and clarified butter cook. Add whole dried milk mix well. Add almonds and serve.
