Chicken Tempura Recipe | Dawat | Abida Baloch | Ramzan Recipe

  • Chicken Breast (Boneless strips) 2 cups
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green Chili (grated) 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Batter:

  • Flour ½ cup
  • Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  • Baked Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Egg Whites 2
  • Chilled Water as required

Cut chicken breast in strips.
Marinate chicken with vinegar, chili powder, salt, green chili paste and oil leave it for 30 minutes. Dip in prepared batter and deep fry. Method for Batter: Mix all the ingredients to prepare the batter .


  • Banana 1 cup
  • Red syrup as required
  • Syrup 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Water ½ cup

Blend all the ingredients


  • Beef ½ kg
  • Onion sliced 2-3
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Heat oil fry onion light brown, add meat, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and coriander cover and cook. When water is dried out add salt, red chili, tomatoes and yogurt cook. When tomatoes is done and oil separate add potatoes and green chilies cook till its done. When gravy becomes thicken turn the flame low. When oil separate turns off the flame add all spice powder and green coriander serve hot.
