Chicken Tikka Panini is the most incredible tasting Panini sandwich with a chicken tikka and cheese filling.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Coal to smoke

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Melted butter ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise ¼ cup
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 1 tbsp

 

To assemble:

  • Panini bread
  • Chopped cucumber 1 cup
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup
  • Iceberg roughly chopped 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese slices 4-6

 

Method:

Marinate chicken with given ingredients, pan fry in 2 tbsp oil until done, give dum of coal, mix together all the ingredients for sauce, apply on panini bread, toss together tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce, place the vegetables on bread, drizzle with some sauce, put chicken tikka pcs, cover with cheese slices, top with panini bread, grill in the oven till cheese melts or cut in slices and serve without drilling.

Ingredients:

  • Half loaf french bread 1

 

Ingredients for lotus sauce:

  • Lotus spread ¾ cup
  • Milk ½ cup

Ingredients for egg mixture:

  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Lotus sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Melted butter 3 tbsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Melted butter ¼ cup
  • Prepared lotus sauce as required
  • Coarsely chopped lotus biscuits 3-4
  • Method lotus sauce
  • Mix both together

Method:

Whisk together the egg mixture and soak bread slices in it for 2 mins, arrange them in a greased pyrex dish, then bake on 180 d for 25 mins or till golden and egg mixture is fully cooked, as soon as the casserole comes out the oven, prick and drizzle melted butter then drizzle with lotus sauce, spread evenly and sprinkle with lotus biscuit crumbs, serve with ice cream if like.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup
  • Frozen strawberry 1 cup
  • Bananas sliced and frozen 2
  • pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Coconut cream powder 3 tbsp
  • Tetra pack yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Soaked chia seeds 2 tbsp
  • Ice 1 cup

 

Method:

Blend all together and serve.
