Ingredients for sponge:

Eggs 6
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Chocolate Ganache:

Dark chocolate 100 gm
Cream 100 gm
Chocolate Drip:
Dark chocolate 75 gm
Butter 45 gm

For Cheery Filling:

Pitted cherries 1 cups
Water 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp

To Decorate:

Whipped cream 1 cup
Fresh cherries to decorate

Method:
Pre heated oven at 180C. For sponge beat egg. Add sugar beat for 5 minute. Sieve baking powder and flour. Add in mixture bake for 20 to 25 minute. Mix all ingredients of cherry filling and let it cool. For drip heat butter and melt chocolate. For ganache heat cream and mix chocolate. Cut sponge into layer adds cherry filing and assembles with chocolate ganache. Apply cream on side of cake and decorate with cherries. Also add chocolate drip. Cool and serve.

Ingredients for the Paste:

Chopped onions 1 cup
Green chili 1
Ginger 1-1/2 inch piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Cashew nuts paste 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Vegetables:

Potato diced 1 cup
Carrot diced 1 cup
Green Peas 1/2 cup
Cauliflower florets 1 cup
French Beans 1/2 cup

Other Ingredients:

Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Cream 3 tbsp
Coriander for garnish

Method:
Boil all ingredients of paste and blend well. Half boil vegetables. Heat clarified butter add boiled paste cook. Add spices, tomatoes and green coriander, cook and serve.
