“Sometimes you just can’t beat fresh, simple, and classic Margherita Pizza.

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough 3 cups
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese 250 gm
  • Sliced tomatoes 2-3
  • Basil leaves handful
  • Red chili flakes 1tbsp

 

Method:
Preheat the oven to 246°C. Now roll pizza dough. Heat oil adds garlic and roasts it then spread it on pizza dough. Then spread tomato ketchup, arrange tomato slices. Add cheese and bake for 15minutes. Remove add basil leaves, red chili flakes and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps ½ kg
  • For Seasoned Flour:
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Tajin seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

For Egg Mixture:

  • Egg 1
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Tajin seasoning 1 tsp

 

Method:
Mix ingredients of seasoning flour and divide them in half. Make egg mixture as well. Now coat shrimps in flour first then in egg mixture again dip in flour and deep fry them.

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
  • Soda water 1-1/2 cups
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Tajín seasoning powder 1tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Ice as required

 

Method:
Decorate glass with tajin seasoning then mix all ingredients and add it to the glass and serve.
