Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Onions (chopped) 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Basil leaves ½ cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) 4
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) for garnish

Method:
Heat butter and oil, fry garlic. Then add chopped onions, boneless chicken, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook well until the chicken gets tender. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, cream and green chilies. Cook well. Then add basil leaves, mix well and cook well for a while. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Potatoes (boiled) 4
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Lettuce leaves 4
  • Green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Then prepare patties out of this mixture. Now dip in the eggs. Heat oil in the tawa pan and fry the patties until golden brown. Then in the same oil toast burger buns. Place the prepared patty onto the burger bun. Now place lettuce leaves and cover with another half of burger bun. Lastly heat butter on the tawa pan and toast the burger buns from both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.

  • Tomatoes (small) 6
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Soda bicarb a pinch

For The Filling:

  • Cottage cheese 200 gm
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:
Dissolve gram flour in the water and prepare a batter. Then add red chili powder, cumin and soda bicarb. Mix well. For the filling, in a bowl add cottage cheese, cream cheese, green chilies, fresh coriander, chopped onion, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Now in the tomatoes add cream cheese filling and coat with gram flour mixture. Lastly heat oil and fry the tomato pakoras well. Serve.
