Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 250gm

Ingredients for cheese filling:

  • White sauce ½ cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 200gm
  • Cheddar cheese 200gm
  • Olives & mushrooms as required

Ingredients for Chicken filling:

  • Chicken 250gm
  • Ginger garlic 250gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted crushed ½ tsp
  • Coriander roasted crushed 1 tsp
  • Green chilies ground 8
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Cook all chicken filling ingredients in 1tbsp oil to cook on low flame and give coal smoke. Roll puff pastry apply sauce and put filling in it, put some vegetables, oregano, thyme and filling over it and bake for 15 minutes. Lastly garnish with mayonnaise to serve.

Ingredients for bhallay:

  • White lentil (soaked & ground) ½ cup
  • Yellow split gram (soaked ground) 4tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Soda 2 pinch
  • Cumin crushed/roasted 1tsp
  • Water as required

Other ingredients:

  • Fruit cocktail 1tin
  • Curd ½ kg
  • Cream 1packet
  • Cumin roasted ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1cup
  • Water 1-cup
  • Orange flavor powder 2tbsp
  • Corn flour 1tbsp
  • Sweet papri for garnish
  • Almonds, pistachios 4tbsp

Ingredients for sweet papri:

  • Flour 1cup
  • Semolina 2tbsp
  • Sesame 1tbsp
  • Caster sugar 2tbsp
  • Coconut 2tbsp
  • Milk powder 1tbsp

 

Method:
In a large bowl add ground lentils, salt, soda, and cumin mix well and make balls and fry.
Now dip in water. In a pan add water sugar, orange flavor powder and add corn flour cook till it gets thicken. Now add yogurt and cream mix well.
For papri mix flour with all the remaining ingredients, water make a dough,
roll it and fry.
For assembling beat yogurt and add dahi bhallay and fruit cocktail.
Now pour yogurt mixture and papri.
Serve with almond and pistachio.

Ingredients:

  • Bread 8slices
  • Egg 2
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Flour 2tbsp
  • Corn flour 2tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 250gm
  • Tikka masala 2tbsp
  • Curd 2tbsp
  • Oil 4tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Cheddar cheese 100 gram
  • Mayonnaise 4tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4

 

Method :

For filling add Chicken and add other ingredients, cook till water is evaporated, and take out.
In a bowl add mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chilies and tikka masala mix well.
Cut the bread in pockets. In another bowl mix eggs, yellow color, flour, corn flour, and salt.
Dip the bread slices in batter and fry. Now assemble the bread slices with chicken, spread mayonnaise and add lettuce leaves.
Now cover with another slice and serve.

  • Flour 4once
  • Sugar 4ounce
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Screw pine essence 1tbsp
  • Egg 3
  • Whole dried milk 50gm
  • Curd 2tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Milk 250gm
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Whole dried milk 2tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 Pinch
  • Almond and pistachios 2tbsp
  • Vanilla custard ½ tsp

More Ingredients:

  • Rasmalai 7-8 piece
  • Almond and pistachios for decoration
  • Cream 300gram

 

Method:

In a bowl add oil and sugar mix then add curd and beat with egg. Add flour ,baking powder and fold with strained yogurt, bake it in the preheated oven on 180 C foe 35 minutes.
In another pan cook milk, sugar and curd for 5 minutes. Add vanilla custard cook till it gets thicken. Add pistachio, almond and cardamom then now take out.
Now soak baked rasmalai in the milk.
Serve with almonds, pistachio and cream.
