Dahi kay Kabab Recipe | Dawat | Chef Abida Baloch

Dahi kay kabab are one of the best vegetarian snack options to prepare on special occasions.

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Crumbled cheese ½ cup
  • Chopped onion ½ small
  • Chopped green chili 1
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil for shallow frying


Except corn flour mix all ingredients. Then make kabab dust them with flour and fry them in oil.


  • Boiled mutton 500 gm
  • Rice 500 gm
  • Mutton stock 3 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Whole all spice 2 tbsp
  • Grated carrot 1
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Raisins ¼ cup
  • Oil ½ cup


In a pan add carrot and caramelize it with sugar. Then add raisins and cook for some time and remove. Fry mutton in oil and set aside. Now fry onion in oil till golden. Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and cook. Then add mutton stock, salt, rice and let it cook. Serve with mutton,carrot and raisins.
