Ingredients:

  • Mutton 700 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 10
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 4 sprigs
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Onion small 1
  • Cooking oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
Take a pressure cooker and put the mutton add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chill powder, coriander powder and salt to taste and water 100 ml mix it well and close the cooker and leave it on the burner for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes off the burner.
Take the Coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel seeds, Black Pepper and 5 whole red chilies and roast them and grind them and keep separate.

In a separate pan add 3 tbsp cooking oil and add diced onion and fry till golden add the curry leaves and whole red chili add the cooked mutton to this and mix well add the grounded spices to this and also all spice powder and mix well, when oil comes to the top cook for 3 minutes and close the lid and it is done.

Ingredients:

  • Chapli Kabab 3 pieces
  • Lemon 1
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Black Pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seed 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

 

Method:

Take the chapli kabab and marinate it with lemon, garlic, black pepper, Cumin and leave it for 5 minutes.

Fry them in oil and keep aside, add yoghurt to the oil and add black pepper and cumin seeds and mix them well and keep cooking once it is done well add the fenugreek and cook for 5 minutes. Once cooked put the Chapli kabab in this and close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.

Ingredients for Fried Rice:

  • Rice 600 gm
  • Chicken 400 gm
  • Lemon 1
  • Soy Sauce ½ cup
  • Cooking oil ½ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Bell pepper 1
  • Cabbage 1
  • Black Pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Mongolian Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 700 gm
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce dark 3 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chili flakes ½tsp
  • Cooking oil ½ cup
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Bell pepper red 1/2
  • Bell pepper green 1/2
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Red chili powder ¼ tsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Eggs 1
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Fried Rice Method:
Take a pressure cooker and put the rice into it add the lemon juice, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp cooking oil and water till it reaches 1 inch above the rice. Close the cooker and put on the burner, switch off the burner after one whistle.
Take a wok add 3 tbsp cooking oil, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger once it turns golden add the chicken which has been cut in to small pieces fry this for some time and add small onion which has been diced after 2 to 3 minutes add the eggs which has been beaten and kept ready wait till the eggs are cooked and then add the carrot, bell pepper after 1 minute add rice in stages and soya sauce, black pepper powder and the add the cabbage. After 2 minutes add the onion shoot close the lid of the wok and turn of the burner.

Mongolian Chicken Method:
Marinate the chicken which has been cut into small pieces with Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp, Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon, and Corn Flour 1 Tbsp for 15 minutes.
Fry the marinated chicken and keep aside.

Take a pan and add 3 Tbsp cooking oil once the oil is hot add the chopped garlic and ginger. Add the remaining soya sauce, soya sauce dark, sriracha sauce and brown sugar in 3 tbsp of water and mix it well and add it in the pan. Add chili flakes, black pepper powder to this and mix well. Add 1 Tbsp Corn flour mixed in water to this and add 1 Tbsp Sesame oil. Add chicken to this and mix well and then add the bell peppers and onion shoot.
In a small fry pan add 1 tbsp of oil and add the red chili powder, whole red chilies and honey sauté them and pour them over the chicken. Garnish the dish with Sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 500 ml
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Custard Powder 3 tbsp
  • Biscuits 8 pieces
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Tea Cake 200 gm
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Method:
Boil the milk, add sugar and custard powder once it thickens remove it from the flame and keep aside. After it cools down a little add the full cream into this mixture. Grind the wheat able biscuits into powder add the melted butter to this and make it into dough. Take a dish and spread the dough on it and add a layer of the custard then place the cake slices and add the remaining of the custard on top of it. Garnish it with chocolate syrup.
