  • Boneless Chicken ½ kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Spring Onion 2
  • Dry Red Chilies 10
  • Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Brown Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1tbsp
  • Paprika Powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

•   In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
•   Now add boneless chicken, water and cover it for cook.
•   When chicken are tender and half cup of water is remaining.
•   Add red chili, paprika, chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar, brown sugar, onion and chili garlic sauce.
•   Then in a bowl , add cornflour and dissolve in little water.
•   Add in chicken and removes from the stove.

  • Coriander seeds 2tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1tbsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp

  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1tsp
