Ingredients:

  • Chicken (strips) ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli (chopped) 6
  • Mushrooms (chopped) 4
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Spring onions (chopped) for sprinkling

Method:
In chicken stripes add egg, corn flour and oil mix then leave for half an hour .Now in a wok heat oil and fry chicken stripes till than golden brown and remove .then in a pan add grind garlic add and fry .now all ingredients mix and cook for 2 minutes then dish out .finally garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Prawns (small) 1 cup
  • Boiled rice 4 cup
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Spring onion (sliced) 1 cup
  • Carrot chopped 1 cup
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
    .

Method:
Heat oil and fry garlic now remaining ingredients cook on high flame for 5 minutes then serve it

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spices powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon for garnishing
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Oil 1/3 cup

Method:
In a bowl mince, ginger, garlic paste, raw papaya and salt add and mix well and leave to marinate for half an hour. Now red chili and all spices powder mix then mixture pour and spread the baking dish now spread dissolved saffron .after this heat oven at 180 degree centigrade. Then bake the mince mixture For 30 minutes finally add lemon, onion and garnish with coriander and serve.
