Ingredients:

  • Custard vanilla flavor 2 tbsp
  • Milk ½ kg
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cream cheese 1 tub
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Lotus spread ½ cup
  • Hazelnut spread ½ cup
  • Milk warm 1cup
  • biscuits as required

Method:
Make custard.once lil set add in cream n cream cheese.Layer biscuits.pour lil milk to soak.spread layer of custard.Then spread layer of lotus spread.Another layer of custard n biscuits n pour nutella spread.Sprinkle crushed lotus biscuits on top n serve chilled

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Tomato 2
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper 2 pieces
  • Curry leaves handful
  • Mustard seed 1tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chilies as required
  • Coriander as required

Method:
Fry chicken in chopped garlic pepper n salt.In oil add onion fry it till translucent.add chopped tomatoes n other ingredients.stir it well.remove from stove n blend all ingredients.
In oil or butter add fried chicken n pour this blended masala cook n dum it.
Garnish with coriander leaves n green chilies

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Fish 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic 1tsp

Other ingredients :

  • Flour as required
  • Red pepper crushed 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Ingredients for sauce :

  • Butter as required
  • Garlic 1
  • Cream as required
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp

Method:

Marinate fish with all marination ingredients s then dust in seasoned flour with pepper salt and cruied red pepper
Now fry or grill it .

Sauce:
In pan add butter n chopped garlic.when light golden brown add cream mix well.season it with salt n pepper.
Pour it on fried fish n enjoy

Ingredients:

  • Pasta boiled 1cup
  • Nuggets ½ packets
  • Tomatoes ½ cup
  • Cucumber ½ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Black olives 1
  • Crumbled feta 1
  • Parmesan 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1tsp

Ingredients for Dressing:

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 3tbsp
  • Garlic chopped ¼ tsp

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients.
Fry and chop nuggets now Mix dressing ingredients n pour on ready salad.serve
