Ingredients for Tart shells:
- Butter 94 grams
- Egg 1/2
- Salt 1 pinch
- Icing sugar 47 grams
- Flour 140 grams
- Vanilla essence few drops
For filling:
- Nocolato Hazelnut spread as required
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl add butter and icing sugar to mix well. Then add egg, vanilla essence and salt add and mix. after this mix flour. Now grease the tart pan, spread the dough and bake in preheated oven at 150 degree for 14 to 15 minutes. Then remove and cool it. Finally fill with Nocolato Hazelnut spread on the top and serve.
Ingredients:
- White lentils 1 cup
- Fried okra 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion boiled & paste ½ cup
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- cumin 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Red chili whole 5 – 6
- Green chili large slices 3 – 4
- Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
METHOD:
In a pan heat oil and fry ginger garlic. then add boil onion paste, all spices and yogurt and roast well. then add boil white lentils. after this add fried okra and green chilies and leave on dum 3 to 4 minutes. finally add green coriander and serve.
Ingredients:
- Rice 500gm
- Quails 6 -8
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Fried onion ¼ cup
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Nutmeg mace powder ¼ tsp
- Food color few drops
- Screw pine few drops
METHOD:
In a pan heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste. then add green chili paste, tomato puree, yogurt and all spices mix and roast. after this add Quails and tamarind pulp mix. now boil rice, oil, screw pine and food color add finally do the dum and serve.
