Ingredients for 1st layer

  • Biscuits as required
  • Milk to soak 1cup

Ingredients for hazelnut layer

  • Hazelnut 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Ingredients for pudding layer
  • Egg pudding 2 packets
  • Cream cheese as required
  • Condensed milk ½ tin
  • Whipping cream 1 cup

Ingredients for 4th layer

 

  • Biscuits as required
  • Milk to soak
  • Ingredients for final layer
  • Biscuit spread 1 cup
  • Warm milk ¼ cup
  • Cream ½ cup

Ingredients for topping:

 

  • Chocolate crushed as required
  • Hazelnut to drizzle on top

Method:
Cook pudding , once it begins to set, add condensed milk, cream cheese, cream, beat till smooth, spread a layer of biscuits in a dish, sprinkle milk to soak, melt together nutella and cream, spread a layer of hazelnut cream on biscuits, pour half the pudding mixture on it spread a layer of biscuits on it, sprinkle with milk, spread with remaining pudding, cover with a layer of lotus, mix with milk, sprinkle crushed candie cookies on top or any chocolate, serve chilled.

Ingredients for kabab:
Beef mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Fresh bread crumbs ¼ cup
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for tomato sauce
Tomato puree 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ingredients for rice
Boiled rice ½ kg
Butter 2 tbsp
Zaatar spice mix 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves as required

Method for kabab:

Put all the ingredients for kabab in the chopper and chopperize well until smooth, roll kabab like seekh kabab and pan fry.

Method for rice :
Pan fry boiled rice in butter with zaatar spice mix. Heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree, mint and all the ingredients for sauce, cook till sauce is thick, spread rice in a serving dish, sprinkle yogurt on top, spread layer of kabab and drizzle some more yogurt and tomato sauce on top, serve garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

Mutton chops ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
Green chilies whole 3
Water 2 cups

Ingredients for dry coating:

Flour ¾ cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Ingredients for egg wash
Egg 1
Milk 3 tbsp
Oil for deep frying

Ingredients for sticky sauce:

  • sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mint finely chopped 2tbsp
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnishing

Method

Boil chops with water, salt, pepper, green chilies, ginger garlic and soya sauce till chops tender and water dries, mix together all the other ingredients for coating, in another bowl beat egg and milk, coat boiled chops in dry mixture, then dip in egg wash, again coat in dry mixture and fry.Method for sticky sauce
Heat oil, fry garlic, add chopped mint and all the other ingredients, coat fried chops in sticky sauce, top with sesame seeds, serve immediately.
