  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Hazelnut spread ½ cup
  • Gelatin powder 1tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Cookies for garnish

Ek sauce pan men ½ cup cream dal ker halki garam karen or phir hazelnut spread dal ker mix ker len.
Ab serving glassed men phelay hazel nut mixture dal ker 5 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Phir is mixture ki half quantity whipped cream men dal ker mix ker len or gelatin mila ker serving glasses men dal ker phir 10 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh den jab mousse set ho jae to phir hazelnut kay mixter glassed kay top per dalen or phir cookies laga ker serve karen.

Ingredients for meatballs:

  • Potato boiled & mashed 1 cup
  • Cottage cheese mashed ½ cup
  • Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Peanut roasted crushed ¼ cup
  • Raisins chopped 6 to 8
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Ingredients for curry:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped ½ cup
  • Cardamom small 2 – 3
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Cloves 3 – 4
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Cashew nuts ¼ cup
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Dried fenugreek ½ tsp

Method :
Kofta banay kay liye ek bowl men aaloo, paneer or tamam ajza dal ker mix
Ker len phir mixture ko koftay ki shakal de ker low flame per fry ker len.
Gravy bananay kay liye pan men butter dal ker garam karen phir tamam
Sabit garam masalay dal ker sauté karen or phir piyaz dal ker fry ker len phir
Tomato or tamam masalay cream or methi kay ilawa der ker khob achi tarhan
bhoon len jab bhunae hojae to pani shamil karen or 3 se 4 minutes tak
pakaen phir gravy ko blender men dal ker blend ker len. Phir dobara sauce
Pan dal ker koftay, cream or methi shamil karen or itna pakaen kay oil alag hojae.


  • Whole chicken with skin 1 kg
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Soya sauce ¼ cup
  • Water as required
  • Chat masala for garnish
  • Lemon for garnish

Method :
Ek bowl men itna pani dalen kay chicken doob jae phir marination kay tamam
Ajza dal ker mix ker len or phir chicken dal ker 45 minutes kay liye chor den.
phir chicken ko pani se nikal ker steamer men 40 se 50 minutes kay liye steam
ker len. Phir chicken ko steamer se nikal ker oven men 250 c per color de len.
