  • Water ¼ cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Walnuts ½ cup
  • Shrimps ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sliced spring onions for garnish


Cook sugar, water and walnuts for 2 minutes. Mix mayonnaise, honey, cream and set aside. Put salt and black pepper on shrimps then coat them in egg then in corn flour and fry them. Now coat fried shrimps in honey mixture, garnish with spring onion and serve them with walnuts and cooked rice.

Ingredients for Coleslaw:

  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • Chopped red cabbage ½ cup
  • Chopped coriander ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon

For Cauliflower:

  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Eggs 2
  • Rice flour ½ cup
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

For Bang Bang Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Sweet chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tsp
  • Chopped spring onion 3 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Tortillas 4
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Mix coleslaw ingredients. Mix sauce ingredients. For cauliflower mix flour, rice flour, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Beat eggs as well. Now coat cauliflower florets in flour mixture then dip in egg then coat in bread crumbs and fry or bake them. Now assemble tortillas and serve with sauce and coleslaw.
