Humus Sauce Recipe | Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
Boiled Chick Peas                            1 cup
Garlic                                     4-5 cloves
Paprika Powder                            1 tsp
Cream                                     ½ cup
Olive Oil                                     5-6 tbsp
Salt                                         to taste

Method
Take a blender jug add 1 cup of boiled chick peas, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of paprika powder, ½ cup of cream, 5-6 tbsp of olive oil and add to taste salt and blend it all the ingredients to make a smooth paste and humus sauce is ready.
