- Plain flour 4 tbsp
- Chicken thighs 500 gm
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onions sliced 2
- Garlic chopped 2 cloves
- Tomato purée 1 cup
- Basil few leaves
- Bay leaf 1
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves handful
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ground to taste
- Mashed potatoes to serve
Apply salt, black pepper, flour, egg and breadcrumbs, fry well. Add onion, chicken stock, sugar, soya sauce cook. Add egg. Add cooked rice and chicken. Garnish with green onion and serve.
- olive oil ¼ cup
- cumin seeds1 tsp
- Green chopped chili 1
- potato, diced 3
- Peas1 tin
- Tomato 2
- green cabbage, finely sliced1 cup
- salt1 tsp
- chili1/2 tsp
- All spice powder1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder1/2 tsp
Heat the oil in nonstick pan. Once hot add cumin and chili powder and stir. When they begin to sizzle slightly, add the potatoesand peas into the pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes and stir continuously.
Now add the fresh tomato and mix well. Continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Now add the cabbage and the remaining ingredients. Mix well and place a lid on the pan, stirring every couple of minutes. Cook until the potatoes completely cooked. Check for salt and adjust accordingly.
