Ingredients to marinate:

  • Chicken with bone 750 gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Whole spice 1tsp
  • Mustard paste 1tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1tbsp
  • Carom 1tsp
  • Chat masala 1tbsp
  • Yellow food color few drops

Ingredients for Biryani:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Potato cubes 8 se 10
  • Black current 2-3tbsp
  • Coriander 2-3tbsp
  • Green chili big julienne 2 -3
  • Tomato slices 2
  • Brown onion 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Oil 4 – 5 tbsp

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam ajza dal ker chicken ko achay se marinade ker lain or 2 se3 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Ab patilay men oil garam ker kay chicken ko fry ker lain jab chicken gal jae to potato, tomato slice, hara dhanai, hari mirchen or brown onion dal den.
Ab ek patilay men pani men namak or oil dal ker ubal lain phir chawal dal ker chawlon ko itna ubalain kay ek kani reh jae phir in chawlon ko chicken per dal ker upper se yellow color dalain or oil chirak ker 10 se 15 minutes kay liye dum per chor dain.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Powder sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Coco powder ½ cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2

 

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men tamam dry ajza dal ker mix ker lain phir milk or oil dal ker mix ker lain phir laste men anday shamil ker kay or mazeed achi tarhan mix ke lain phir mixture ko cake mould men dal dain.
Patilay ko achi tarhan garam ker kay patilay men stand rakhen or pani dal ker cake ka mould rekh ker dhakan laga den or 30 se 35 minutes tak cake ko pak nay den phir cake ko thanda ker kay mould se nikal ker icing sugar dust ker kay serve karen.

  • Chicken / beef mince 500gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1tbsp
  • Onion boiled paste 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1tsp
  • Whole spice 1tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1tsp
  • Cream 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Green chili big julienne 1 -2
  • Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
  • Ginger julienne for garnish
  • Parathas to serve

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ko fry ker kay qeema shamil karen or khoob achi tarhan bhoon lain ab piyaz ka paste dal achi tarhan bhoon lain phir dahi or tamam sukhanay masalay dal ker achi tarhan mix karen or itna pakaen kay qeema gal jae or oil alag hojae phir cream or hari mirchen dal ker mazeed pakaen phir dhanai or adrak dal ker serve karen.
