Ingredients for marinate:

  • Chicken 700gm
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili 1tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

 

Other ingredients:

  • Fried onion ½ cup
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Pistachios 15
  • Almonds 10
  • Raisins 15
  • Ginger for garnish

 

Method:
Soak almonds and pistachios in hot water. Marinate chicken with marination ingredients and leave for 1 hour. Heat clarified butter and cook chicken in it. Add fried onion and cook more. Now cover and cook till it gets tender. Then add half nuts, ginger and let it simmer. Garnish with remaining nuts and serve.

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds 1 tbsp
  • Pistachios 1 tbsp
  • Melon seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Cardamoms 6
  • Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
  • Edible silver leaf for garnish

 

Method:
Fry nuts in clarified butter and set aside. Now roast gram flour in pan then blend clarified butter, cardamoms, and nuts and add it to the pan. When it gets little cold then adds sugar and makes laddu. Garnish with nuts, edible silver lead and serve.
