Ingredients for Marination:
- Boneless chicken 650 gm
- Meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Green chilies ground 2 tbsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Green coriander ground ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Cardamoms ½ tsp
- Wooden skewers as required
- Onion rings as required
- Tomatoes as required
Method:
Apply all ingredients on chicken leave for whole night. Pierce on skewers cook on grill or bake. Serve with onion rings and tomatoes.
Ingredients for Biryani Masala:
- Boiled eggs 5
- Potatoes 4
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped tomatoes 4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Biryani masala 2 tbsp
- All spice powder ¾ tsp
- Salt, chili, turmeric as required
- Oil or clarified butter ¾ cup
- Green chilies 6-8
- Green coriander, mint ¾ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Rice:
- Rice 400 gm
- Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
- Mix all spice 1 tbsp
- Yellow food color as required
- Fried onion for garnish
Method:
Heat oil adds chopped onion fry well. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili and turmeric cook well. Also add potatoes with water cook. Add all spice, biryani masala, boiled eggs and lemon juice. Add green chilies, green coriander, mint and fried onion. For rice mix salt, all spice powder in rice, bring to boil. Add water and oil in pan with all spices and then add remaining rice. Add dissolved water with yellow food color leave for simmer.
