Chicken ingredients:

  • Garlic 4 pieces
  • Chicken 1/2kg
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Chili paste 3 tsp
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Gravy ingredients:

  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Carrot 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Green chili 3
  • Garlic 3pieces
  • Cashew 12-15
  • Ginger 1tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 3tbsp
  • Chili sauce 4tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 3tbsp
  • Oil 1-1/2tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 5 tbsp

Method:
In a pan add ginger, garlic chopped and fry them, now add chili paste, cornflour, oil, eggs, soy sauce to mix thoroughly. Now marinate the chicken with it. Now heat oil I a pan and fry chicken and set it over a plate. Fry garlic as well. Now in it add tomato ketchup, water, chili sauce, soy sauce and chicken cube to mix. Now add cashew, carrot, capsicum, green chili, onion, garlic and ginger to mix. Now mix cornflour in water to add. Lastly add tomatoes o the fried chicken and serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Rice (boiled) 4 cups
  • Eggs 6
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Carrot (chopped) 2
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Yellow color 1pinch

Method:
In a bowl mix eggs and yellow food color. In a pan heat oil and fry garlic. Now fry eggs and after that add all the ingredients and mix them thoroughly to serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Puff paste 500g
  • Egg 1
  • Apple (peeled, cut in cubes) 1/2kg
  • Cinnamon powder 1-1/2tbsp
  • Corn flour 3tbsp
  • Sugar 4tbsp
  • Butter 2tbsp

Method:
In a pan heat butter add apples and a cup of water and boil it. Now add sugar and cinnamon powder and cook for 2mins. Now add cornflour in 1 cup of water in the mixture and cook for a minute more. After that remove the pot from the stove and set it to cool. Now set the base in a round tin. Now pour the apples mixture and with it the puff paste. Now brush the layer of pie and set it in the oven for 15mins at 160degrees and bake. Serve when it cools downs a bit.
