Lebanese Kabab | Lazzat | Chef Samina Jalil

Ingredients:

  • Beef boiled mince ¾ cup
  • Boiled noodles 1 cup
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1 cup
  • Finely cut green chili 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt, crushed black pepper to taste
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour for coating

Method:
In boiled all ingredients add crushed garlic ,salt ,finely cut green chili and black pepper mix and make kabab .now coat in dry flour and dip in beaten egg .finely coat in bread crumbs and fry .

Ingredients:

  • Boiled shaker qandi 2
  • Boiled white chickpeas 1 cup
  • Bananas 6
  • Pomegranate ¾ cup
  • Apple 2
  • Orange slices 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind sweet sauce ¾ cup
  • Orange juice ¾ cup

Method:
All ingredients mix in a bowl and serve.

Ingredients:
For coating ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 400 grams
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Qorma masala ` 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for masala :

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Peel almonds 10 -12
  • Fried onion ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt, chili, termeric as required
  • Qorma masala 1 tsp
  • Whole spices powder 1 tbsp
  • All spices powder ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp

Method:
In boneless fish add all coating ingredients mix and leave for half an hour .then heat oil and fry till than golden .now heat clarified butter heat and fry whole spices .after this add ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chili ,turmeric ,coriander ,qorma masala and yogurt mix and roast masala .now add fried onion ,nutmeg ,mace powder ,peel almond and all spices powder mix and leave on dum for 5 minutes .finally fish qorma dish out and serve it .
